Rules & Regulation Summary
Alcohol & Substance Policy
  • Bringing, consuming, or being under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited substances at the match venue is strictly prohibited.
  • If any player from a team is found violating this rule, the entire team will be disqualified immediately, and disciplinary action will be taken by the Organizing Committee.
  • This rule is enforced to maintain the safety, fairness, and spirit of the game. Zero tolerance will be observed.
General Code of Conduct
  • All players are expected to maintain discipline and sportsmanship on and off the field.
  • Any form of abuse, argument with umpires, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • The decision of the Organizing Committee and Umpires will be final and binding.
  • A player or representative of your team must be present at the scoreboard to observe the scores, and failure to do so will result in no further charges being filed. This decision has been taken to protect transparency, even though the organizing committee is monitoring the scores in a fair and impartial manner.
Player Replacement Rules
  • Max 2 changes allowed (injury/emergency only).
  • changes 72 hours (3 Days) before the tournament with:
    - Valid reason (medical proof if injury).
    - New player’s ID proof.
Manager’s Responsibility
  • Only the manager can interact with organizers (no direct player requests).
  • Must ensure team discipline and no last-minute player changes.
  • In the event of a cancellation of a match or any disciplinary action being taken, the organizing committee will inform the relevant team Manager/Coach only of the decision, and he will be responsible for the conduct of his team.
Match Timing & Attendance
  • Teams must report 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match.
  • Walkovers will be given if a team fails to report within 15 minutes of the match start time.
Dress Code
  • All players must wear proper cricketing attire.
  • Matching team jerseys are Appreciated.
